PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING. THIS DOCUMENT INCLUDES A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
In return for being allowed to enter Roller Time Skate Center for any purpose, including skating activities, I understand and agree that:
- The purpose of this waiver is to release Roller Time Skate Center, its employees, and insurers from liability if I am injured or suffer damages while on Roller Time's property. This waiver applies to today's visit and any future visits to Roller Time.
- There is a risk of serious bodily injury, illness, and death from the activities conducted at Roller Time, including, but not limited to, falls, encountering foreign objects or substances on the skating floor or elsewhere in the rink, collisions with other skaters, changes in flooring surface (for example, smooth floor to carpet), skate equipment failure or malfunction, and exposure to infectious diseases such as SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), influenza, and E. coli.
- I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of others, and I assume full responsibility for my participation.
- I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, release and hold harmless Roller Time Skate Center, its officers, employees, agents, insurers, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, its owners and lessors (collectively, "Releasees"), from any and all injury, disability, illness, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
